Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 July 2026.
DaaCini is proprietary software published by IjyaLabs (ijyalabs.in). By using the hosted service or any build we provide, you agree to these terms and to the IjyaLabs Work Licence.
Permitted use
You may use DaaCini free of charge for personal and private, non-commercial purposes — your own work, study, and internal drafting.
Not permitted without written permission
- Any commercial use of DaaCini or its output pipeline.
- Copying, redistributing, publishing, mirroring, sublicensing, renting, leasing, or selling the software or any substantial part of it — including the engine, in source, bundled, or minified form.
- Modifying the software or creating derivative works, or using it to build a competing or substantially similar product or service.
- Extracting, scraping, or crawling the engine, its outputs at scale, or the documentation for training or redistribution.
For anything beyond personal and private use, contact legal@ijyalabs.in.
Your content
Diagrams you author remain yours. Sources you submit to the hosted service may be retained briefly for debugging, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you are not permitted to process, and do not paste secrets into a diagram.
Ownership
IjyaLabs retains all right, title, and interest in DaaCini — the engine, studio, documentation, templates, and integrations. No rights are granted except those stated above.
Availability & no warranty
The hosted service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. IjyaLabs may change, suspend, or discontinue the service, and is not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from its use.
Third-party names
Product, company, and service names, and any icons or glyphs evoking them, are used for identification and interoperability reference only, and imply no affiliation or endorsement.
